A 2 bedroom ground floor gîte situated overlooking the fishing lakes, graded three star by the tourism board.

Large lounge/kitchen/diner with leather sofa, plus sofa-bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, walk in shower room and separate wc.  The gîte accommodates 4 people.

Fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, wok, electric grill/plancha, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, even a hairdryer is provided.   Electric radiators in most rooms, wood-burner for those cooler evenings, a table top fan for the hot summers, UK TV and free wifi are also provided. 

The gîte has a fenced large garden and patio area, overlooking the smaller lake, for watching the sun set, perhaps enjoying a glass of French wine. We provide patio furniture, a parasol, sunbeds and a BBQ. 

We also supply a picnic blanket, we hope you will use it by our lakes.  What can be better than going for a picnic without having to get in the car?

Gîte de l'Etang has no steps or stairs, everything is on one level, with wide door-ways and grab bar in the shower.  We also provide an adjustable height shower chair, with arms.
